Pilot Colab is a note-taking and project organization app that combines:
- A rich text editor (bold, italic, headings, checklists, tables, images, code blocks, file attachments)
- Kanban boards inside any note (columns, cards, drag-and-drop, assignees)
- Voice memos with AI-powered transcription and auto-tagging (tasks, events, important)
- Real-time collaboration via WebSocket (multiple users editing simultaneously)
- Folder organization with custom icons and nested hierarchy
- Inline task management (assignees, due dates, priority, status tracking)
- Sticky notes (floating quick notes on desktop)
- Dark mode and multiple themes
- 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese
